This has been my first home buying experience. I found the Avi Street Townes in Mahogany after searching for approximately 10 months and was immediately impressed. The sales team Deb and Lori were professional and extremely helpful providing insight into the neighbourhood, upgrades to consider or forgo and they were able to narrow down what units I would be interested in by asking simple questions regarding lighting and the type of space I wanted (this saved a lot of time!!). They were respectful of my budget, graciously looked into whatever questions I had throughout my experience (even after purchase) and their response time was fantastic!! These ladies do an incredible job and really know the homes they are selling.

Jason, who is the site foreman, was knowledgeable, curteious and very kind!!! He takes the time to explain the house plan and no detail is too small. He was willing to do the small extras that really add to the customer service experience. His speculation of build time was dead on. What I really appreciate is that his excellent customer service didn't end with my move in date. He is readily available to help and address even my smallest concerns in a timely and approachable fashion.

I have to add on here that other employees that I have met also provide exceptional customer service. Travis who I met on my move in day was happy to help and follow up with any concern I had. Paul, who was part of my 3 month inspection, explained everything in detail and was very helpful and thorough. I had a concern with my garage door and between Paul and Nonie the issue was dealt with the same day. I am incredibly pleased to see how well this company treats you after possession. My experience with all the employees has been exceptional and exceeded my expectations. The staff come across like they are happy in their jobs which is great to see.

I love my new townhouse. It is quiet, bright, well designed and I see the value in what I paid for. This entire experience has exceeded my expectations. Thank you Homes by Avi!!

Bad experience leads into stress.
I've purchase a house from homes by avi giving all y trust and confident that everything will be done on my expectations and as per discussed with the area representative/sales representative.
Then suddenly the sales representative just quit after I signed the contract. Now everything we have agreed wasn't "documented" so manangement will never honour. Now I need to spend more extra dollars to get what I want which supposed to be included in what we've agreed. I'm now in doubt to recommend this company to any of my family and friends .

after a few days of discussion with the sale center, we finally reached the agreement. the sale center explained the contract to me through the phone patently, i finally understand the contract.

We found Avi very professional and helpful. They made the whole experience of building our home a positive one. We would and have recommended Avi to other would be purchasers.

We built an estate home recently with Homes by Avi. The sales Reps Sylvia and Michelle were awesome. Always helpful at answering questions and made us feel like family. There were a few hick ups along the way but in the end all of our issues were addressed. There was one issue with our nook light that took a while to be resolved since it was signed off on our blueprints but the GM was very accommodating and helped us because he wanted us to love our home. All in all the finishes are beautiful and we love our home.

We had researched buying a new house for about a year. Each time we did, Avi stood above the rest. The quality of work has been quite amazing and we would recommend them to anyone looking for a house

For our first home purchase we chose Avi over all others that we looked at such as Jayman, Hopewell etc., as they had everything we wanted and the staff was so informative. Being first time home buyers we were very nervous but they walked us through absolutely everything and kept us up to date on the progress of our new build. Once we moved in there were minor issues, as expected with a new build, but as promised they have been there every step to fix our issues. Extra thanks to Lori, Debbie, Nonie, Jackie and all the maintenance guys, you have made our first home purchase so worth it!!!!!

A fantastic company to build your first home with. All staff worked with throughout the process were an absolute pleasure to work with. They really took the time to ensure all your needs were met. After build support and follow ups were on point with the service team willing to go the extra mile to make the client happy.

We began our journey with Homes by Avi in 2012. It took 9 months to complete our home. Everyone we worked with was very helpful. The product and the services was great! WE love our home and would recommend Home by Avi to anyone.
