I had bought my home back in 2009 with homes by avi. Most of the processes were good up until possession, but right after all the appliances had issues, water leaked from pipes and filled our mud room and basement, garage door always tripped a breaker on the panel, towel and paper holders in bathroom came off from the walls, carpet started piling, interior paint on window sills came off, etc. many if the things were fixed under warranty after calling a lot but still to date the issues are never ending. I had specifically paid extra to make sure that there was wood backing behind all towel and paper holders in bathrooms and to our surprise now each and every one of them has come off as the wood backing was never put. I wish they made sure that if the client specifically paid for something that they would take care. But I was wrong and now I am stuck with large holes that somehow I need get fixed!!! I have owned houses for more than 10 years and none of my previous places had these issues...and this is not wear and tear by any means...
