Water Filtration & Purification review in

Called and bought over the phone since I had researched the designs and media and didn't get sucked in by the Kinetico "magic water" sales lines.
The fellow arrived on-time and provided the exact items I ordered, plus also there were no additional charges not explained to me. It was installed cleanly in my basement, the way I wanted it, with the locations discussed with me before plumbing (an issue my Dad had with a different vendor). Overall, I'm very happy - he showed me how to use the unit - showed me how to install salt and also set me up for filter updates on his system for the RO unit.
Overall I'm very happy with the transaction and experience.

- Any advice to offer fellow homeowners facing a similar project?
- Buy a basic water filter or softener based on documents, not hype. Kinetico is a great product - but it's overpriced. You're buying a hipster dream of water - not just good water.
