We had an utterly useless rounded wall in our small condo since we bought it in 2008, and since we needed to find ways to save space, we decided to put shelves on it... but we needed a custom job because of how big and curved the wall is, and because of the weight of the books we planned on moving to the rounded wall.
Peter from CSR Carpentry came to our place to give us a free in-home quote which was incredibly reasonable. He was attentive to our likes and needs, made sure we were getting value for our money, and gave us great advice! He followed up regularly about the status of the different phases of our project, he was always on time, and although we knew he was working on other projects for other people, we always felt like we were his only clients when he was dealing with us.
Did I mention that we didn't pay a penny over our quoted price?!
Our only regret is not calling CSR Carpentry sooner! Thanks so much, Peter, for making us feel more at home and delivering such great service! This was our first venture in home improvement, and i can honestly say it won't be our last thanks to our experience with Peter and CSR Carpentry!
