I contracted with Sasha of TIPEQ a few months prior to the start of COVID. He was organized and we came upon a plan fairly easily. Of course, the soon-to-be disaster proved difficult for all businesses with our plan being no different. Although, throughout it all Sasha and his Wonderful crew kept calm and tried their best to keep on tract. Availability of products and the scheduling of the plan were a constant issue and concern, but everyone kept their cool and plodded along. Concessions had to be made by all, understandably, but the end result was certainly worth the wait. The time, quality and most certainly the patience that was evident certainly resulted in a 10/10. Any ongoing challenges that came along were confidently sorted out satisfied. Allowing for pandemic severe price changes were part of these challenges. But cool heads and reasonability prevailed.
In the end, I decided to have the master bathroom gutted as well. Sasha fitted this into his schedule and helped in making decisions while I was hospitalized. At all times he remained professional and exceptionally helpful.
