take money for 14 months and no range.

Moved into our new cedarglen house on October 29/2015. Still waiting for my range that they told me a week before possesion that they didn't have it because the manufacturer is working on a defect. They told me I would get it by January 2016. They called me in January saying I should get it by march I also mentioned at that time my fridge was too small and I would like to exchange it. Thought that would have been a good compensation gesture but instead I was told too bad you've already been using it. March comes up got a phone call saying not sure when it will be in but I'll get back to you. October 2016 rolls around so I went to the store my sales rep wasn't there so I explained the situation and asked for him to call me. End of November sales rep finally calls tells me the oven still isn't in but I can pay an extra $800 and get the better one. I laughed and said are you kidding me. He also said if I would have told home earlier about not liking the fridge he would have exchanged it. He said he'd talk to his manager and call back. He called back and offered a range we weren't interested in. So we went to the store and picked out one we would like which was tagged about $400 more then the one offered. I emailed our rep saying the range we were interested in and he responded saying his manager wanted us to pay
the full cost difference. So basically they have had our money for almost 14 months and we don't have the stove we purchased and are even more mad because he said we could have exchange our fridge if we would have told them earlier WHICH we did. Thanks for the battle trail. An apology instead of excuses would have been nice as well.
