Please do not use Trail Appliances, I built a house last year and had the worse salesman ever and this is after spending 26k in appliances. My principle residence was built with Stepper Homes who used Trail as their appliance rep, I just called service to ask if there was warranty which they said there wasn't, that I understand, what I don't is being told that my 1 year old in the background is annoying. I get it, it would annoy me as well being in service industry but maybe being polite would help. So after dealing with them on two houses and being disappointed both times I would never recommend them, please use anybody else.
