Horrible post sales support.
I purchased a fridge from Trail. Two walls were damaged during delivery. the fridge was damaged. I was told that replacement doors would be ordered. Close to a year later I am still dealing with this. Calls are not returned, information keeps changing. Lots of excuses with little action.
My walls are still cracked, my fridge is still dented, weeks and months go by with promises of action but none taken.
Buying an appliance shouldn't be this hard.

- Return phone calls, carry throb with post sales support
- Any advice to offer fellow homeowners facing a similar project?
- Shop elsewhere. Post sales support is more important than purchase price.
