We were extremely impressed with the quality of service from LEAP Management. Lilja performed our basement inspection following water damage from a sump pump failure. She was extremely knowledgeable and thorough and quickly provided a detailed report with mould levels from various areas of the basement, description of findings and photos as well as recommendations for dealing with the issues that she discovered. These were implemented and we now have peace of mind that our kids are not playing in a basement with potentially toxic, while not visible, mould. Would highly recommend LEAP Management!

I had dealt with other high quality environmental consultants in the past, but Lilja Palsson of LEAP was in another league--her price about 75% of what I had paid for air samples and report, the turnaround time shorter, the report more thorough, and she was very friendly and willing to offer support and advice. When I called on two subsequent occasions with different water issues, she recommended suitable courses of action and referred me to other service providers for emergency response (eg ServiceMaster and a private handyman). Each time I have called her, she has picked up the phone immediately, given timely, helpful and friendly support. I am so grateful to have her among my resources for the house.

I have allergy problems with mould, dust, pollen, etc. After a particularly severe reaction some weeks ago, we decided to engage the services of an environmental specialist to inspect the house for potential problems with mould, dust, asbestos, etc. A friend recommended LEAP Management Inc. The inspection was carried out by Lilja Palsson. Lilja was very thorough and efficient in the way she carried out the inspection, was a fountain of knowledge as to preventative measures we could take in future, and is a delightful person to deal with - very professional, but also friendly, and helpful. My wife and I would have no hesitation recommending her to anyone, and intend to use her again when we downscale.

We purchased our 75 year old semi-detached home 5 years ago knowing it had asbestos around heating pipes in the basement. The time came when we decided to have it removed. We called LEAP management, Lilya recommended several contractors for the removal process. She co-ordinated with the contractor (that we chose) to test the air in our basement as soon as they were finished. We found Lilya very experienced and thorough, as well as very friendly. Her report was detailed, easy to understand and ready the next day. LEAP management left us extremely confident that our asbestos issue was clean and clear and behind us. I would absolutely recommend LEAP management.

We contacted LEAP to help us with asbestos testing. LEAP arrived promptly to provide clearance testing on a Type 3 Asbestos abatement project. The report was very clear and concise and arrived the same day of the test. We would definitely use LEAP again for other projects.

Her price was the most reasonable that I could find for air samples. I saw mold in my laundry room basement and wanted to know if there were spores on any other floors of the house. When she did the walkaround, she pointed out a few possible leak issues such as caulking needed in the kitchen and a bathroom. When I called her after the work was done, to ask questions, she was very friendly even though I may have contacted her 3 times in 24 hours. I would recommend her to anybody and everybody if you suspect mold and spores around your house. She also gave me advice after submitting the report and gave me the name of a lawyer in case I wanted to pursue the issue further.

During a kitchen renovation we removed some plaster and found an asbestos wrapped heating duct. We were unsure how to proceed and called Lilja at Leap Management. She came to our house on the Friday evening of a long weekend, thoroughly tested our walls and ceilings for signs of Asbestos. She also ensured that the lab results came back within 24hrs of testing. We received a full report from Lilja and suggestions on how to proceed.
