My client was very picky in terms of color and quality. He tested all hardwood with wine and we lost track of stores visited all over GTA. LV Flooring offered us custom color, a few samples and went with us all the way to make sure client is happy.
Floors finally installed, but what a service. Even after sale they called to confirm if floors end up to be they quality and color we expected.
