So pleased with Ben Ross Home Services. Keith makes sure he sends professionals to get the jobs done. Have used several times in the past. No hidden fees. If something no quite right he gets it fixed asap. I highly recommend Ben Ross for your renovations, large and small. Have just hired them again for another small job.

Have a rental suite that was recently purchased and renovated. Shower was leaking when used. Keith and his team were quick to respond and fix. We discussed options and best path forward. Everything was done as expected with professionalism. Super great experience!!

We were thrilled with everything that Keith and the Benross gang did for us. Great workmanship, timely, and everyone is pleasant and easy to get along with. Have used Keith, for second project, and will use him for the 3rd.

I just want to thank the entire team at Benross Home Services very much for the great work that was done! All of our interactions with Keith, Lee, Anne, and Mike were great experiences. We had just bought a new home and the turn around time ended up being a lot quicker than expected. We were also getting carpet work done in our house so we needed the alterations to be done on a very specific timeline. They were able to accommodate this timeline, which was a huge relief to us. Lee, who met us for the consultation was great and very knowledgeable. The work that Mike did was awesome. Not only did he do what was requested, he also ended up fixing a small problem that we didn't even know we had, he saved us some money by re-using some materials where he could, and his attention to detail even on the little things that we didn't even consider was awesome! Keith was great at checking in and making sure that everything was done to what we expected. Having never used a contractor before this was a great first time experience. We definitely will use you guys again and recommend to anyone who asks! Thanks Again!

I've used Benross on two seperate occasions for our previous home. In both instances, the workers were efficient, friendly and cleaned up after the work was completed. That is too bad a previous poster had a bad experience with Benross - I can only say nice things about Keith and his team.

On the first job, Kavan had to fix a leak in our bathroom ceiling. Once the leak was fixed, he re-textured the ceiling and even got the colour to match the surrounding areas.

On the second job, Benross' guy was able to fix an electrician's faulty wiring, properly adjust a ceiling fan and install a new lighting fixture. - All of which should have been completed by the home builder as we were within the first year of posession.

From the moment Aaron came to estimate our renovation, we knew this was the company we would trust to do our work. Keith and Aaron and their staff were professional, knowlegdeable and hard working. They did everything they could to accommodate our wants and needs. We could always get Keith or Aaron by cell or email immediately if we had any questions or concerns. The contractors they brought in were all top notch professionals. The work was done in a timely manner (even when we added projects unexpectedly) and the entire team always treated our home, our family and our pets with nothing but respect. If you are looking for a renovator that puts hard work and integrity first, then you should call Benross Home Services. They take great pride in doing the best job possible. We will not hesitate to call Keith and Aaron for any future needs and we highly recommend Benross to our family and friends.

Your team’s smart and creative design has untapped and maximized the storage potential of our otherwise cavernous, high ceiling garage. I first met Keith and Aaron when they took the time to meet to discuss a proposal for an extensive renovation project on a home that we were looking to purchase; we wound up purchasing a different home that better suited our needs and didn’t require major renos. Keith and Aaron left a lasting impression after our introductory meeting, and I knew right off the bat that this was the company that I would hire whenever I needed work done in the future—sure enough, only months later did we make the call to Benross Homes Services when were exploring options for creating additional storage space in our home.

Keith McTaggart, Owner/President responded to my concerns - refunded the original call out fee, installed my new door and restored my faith in contractors. I consider the first contact an unfortunate misunderstanding - and the follow-up by Keith and his staff shows a lot of character. Thanks for making this right!

While returned from an unscheduled trip out of town to discover I had been a victim of a B& E and garage vandalism...

I really appreciated the prompt response provided but the cost was high for such a temporary repair - the price would seem to be for a new door not a temporary fix. I wanted to be able to lock the door when I returned to work. .... when I mentioned these concerns amongst others the response was that although I "may be replacing the door soon, but I believe his repair to be more than temporary." Really? the door is covered with adhesive and I need to slam it to close it, the lock sticks... if this is acceptable as a permanent repair, we do live in different worlds. Also - they charge a processing fee for using a method of payment that they advertise as one they accept. Because I had not read the agreement or signed a contract I did authorize the charge. However, my concerns did not change and I will not use this company again.

Bathroom demo completed on time. Ben Ross subbed work to another contractor who was not given the complete scope of reno work and therefore did not complete all of work. We therefore short paid the contractor as work was not completed as per specified in writing.
Quality of work issues arose (product not installed as per specifications) and company would not repair unless we meet to pay for the work not initially completed.
Had used company previously with good results but obviously too busy to ensure on going quality control
