My experience with Grand Alarms has been an extremely positive one. Leo was the salesman who came to give me an assessment, he was very charming, yet professional. At one point, my daughter messed up on the keypad, which caused the siren to go off continuously. After speaking to a couple technicians/engineers who tried to troubleshoot over the phone, the issue still could not be resolved. I was instructed to unplug the adaptor and disable the siren. An appointment was also set up for a technician to come on the next day. As it turned out, the technician was unable to fix the issue, due to a malfunction of the cellular backup unit. He was really apologetic and promptly arranged for it to be completely replaced. Everything was done at zero cost to me. Yesterday, I called to inform that my bank information had been changed, as well as to settle outstanding invoice. Melinda Luckasavitch was possibly the best customer service representative whom I had the pleasure of speaking to. She was very efficient, polite and informative. She assisted me swiftly, and within minutes my requests were completed. I am an extremely satisfied customer who have and will continue to spread the good word about Grand Alarms!
