Alarm installation and service
We had our alarm system for about a month now, and so far nothing major to complain about.
During the first week after installation, we had a false alarm go off in the middle of the night, which turned out to be my fault (long story!). But Amanda, the lady I've been in contact with, explained the problem.
We've dealt with Amanda throughout this process. She helped in scheduling the appointment, and patiently answered all my questions before and after installation.
The installation of the system was very quick, and the technician was very professional. Afterwards, he clearly explained how to arm and disarm the system, and explained how to read the keypad.
I'm giving them 9 out of 10 because of the false alarm. I know it was my fault, but looking back I wish they would've caught the warning signal and notified us before the alarm went off. Last week we were getting our phone line repaired, and that set off the yellow warning light. A Grand Alarms rep contacted us shortly after that to notify us of the warning light.
