Grand Alarms

I would to say that this company has the best customer service of any company that I had to deal with. The company was able to come out fairly quickly and set up the system. The tech took his time and explaining how to use the system. Even when the video door bell was broken, the company sent out a service tech fairly quickly and fixed the problem.
I would especially like to thank Melinda Luckasavitch for her great customer service, when dealing with some minor billing issues during the Canada Post strike and dealing with our issue of the malfunctioning video system. She also did follow ups to ensure that the tech notified us. I recommend Grand Alarms to anyone
