This is my first new home and it was great to have to deal with one company. Grand alarms staff were easy to deal with and always accessible to answer all my questions and concerns. They installers where able to come and have every things done in one day. it was nice to work with people who were helpful and I never felt pressure while deciding what I wanted.I would also like to Thank Amanda Powar for her assistance when I called for information. She was able to answer all my concerns and was very helpful.
