I have purchased a home alarm and central vaccum systems with Grand alarm; a call was received from Amanda to schedule for the installation. She assisted to book the appointment for a weekend morning to fit my tight schedule. Besides that, she explained clearly on the procedures and also recommended the garage door openers.
I have sent some questions through e-mail after the phone conversation, Amanda replied to me promptly and professionally. I am impressed with her service and looking forward to trying their products.
