We had very old floors ripped up, and a new subfloor and hardwood floor installed. There was also important detailing around a fireplace that had to be addressed. Khody and his team were AAA+ from the get-go.

We found Khody and his team on Homestars and relied on their excellent rating. To play it safe, we had 4 estimates given for this job. From the start, Khody stood out. Not only was he professional, punctual and and extremely knowledgeable, he was different for us in that he took the time to answer any questions we had without giving us that 'Don't worry, I know what I'm doing' line. We had many questions and he took the time to answer and explain each one, whether in person or by text. His response time was amazing.

We trusted them in our home for 6 days while we were absent for the most part. They were extremely considerate of our property and put in very long days - I would often leave before 9am and return around 6pm and they would still be here.

Our final reveal was amazing! Not only did they clean up after themselves, but our floors were better than we could have ever imagined! We went with the red oak Timberwolf wire brushed, which is unique in its color and texture. When we inquired about maintenance, Khody dropped off a cleaning kit for us that is suitable for our flooring. AND, he wouldn't take our money! In a day and age where people are out to make a quick buck, it's apparent to us that Khody does this line of work not for the $$, but because he truly loves to do it. What a refreshing difference! After working with him, we can say that he has certainly found his calling! Thank you Khody!!!

This firm's top ratings on Homestars are well deserved. I would highly recommend this firm and will use them again in the future. I had a small condo job to fix some engineered hardwood and these guys came quickly for both a pre-inspection and then installation only a couple of days later. They did an excellent job quickly while all of the time being very communicative, nice and polite. They did a quality job at a very fair price.

The work was finished very smoothly and ahead of time. We are very pleasant about the quality of the work!

Khody and his crew replaced the flooring in the basement. They removed the very old and tired looking vinyl and carpet flooring replacing it with laminate. They also removed the old carpet from the stairs and painted them for me. Overall, I'm completely satisfied with the work they did. They cleaned up very well after the job as well. I would definitely hire them again and highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a good contractor.

Khody and his team were great. Started and finished the job in one day. He went above and beyond. There were some issues with matching the hardwood to the existing floor but he did a great job to figure out how to do it. Floors look great and I would highly recommend them.
