Khody and his team did a fantastic job laying down click laminate in our basement. Their quote was very competitive and Khody's attention to detail made the end result spectacular. HLE laid down some click engineered flooring for us as well as putting in maple treads and risers on our stair cases. The workmanship was amazing. Khody's attention to detail was super and as a result the relatively cheap flooring we bought looked great! He was always on time, and did a great job.

We were so impressed with the work that Tom and his crew did. We already had the laminate flooring, and they installed everything. They moved the furniture, including the wood stove, to be able to install the flooring, and then moved everything back exactly where it was. They installed quarter-round to finish it, and it was a very professional job finished very quickly. It has now been a few years since it was installed, and we are every bit as pleased with it as we were then.

Boy did we luck out in finding HLE Flooring! They did a fantastic job transforming a run down rental apartment into a beautiful one. The job was an unexpectedly tricky one due to the condition of the floors hidden under carpeting. Khody and his crew where able to easily adapt and fix all the problems and then proceed with the installation of our lovely new floors. I thought their pricing was more than fair and the value of our rental has increased substantially. To top it off they are very easy to communicate with, have a great work ethic and are very respectful people.

After receiving several quotes, I chose Khody's- not only because it was the best price, but also because of all the great reviews on this site.

Khody and his partner arrived right on time, and were very personable and efficient- I felt right at ease. They had no trouble at all removing my carpet and taking care of the disposal for me- a job that had taken me hours when I had done a different room. They were so meticulous through the entire job to make sure that this job blended in well with other laminate flooring previously installed.

I was most impressed when they were able to find a creative solution to a problem that came up with my quarter rounds, and it looks terrific. Had they not asked me for my opinion on this issue, I never would have known- it looks that good! They finished the job a few hours early, and made sure everything (including my building elevator) was cleaned up before they went. I would definitely use them again.

I called Khody to fix a terrible flooring job that a BAD general contractor left me with in my downtown Toronto condo. He came and explained to me the issues with the current flooring install and what he would have to do to fix and gave me a very fair and reasonable cost. Khody and his team spent two days working his magic to correct all the cuts, uneven and damaged boards I was left with from the previous install. He is very honest, meticious and professional. I decided to ask Khody do the job after talking to 3 contractors. At our first meeting he provided me with a lot of info on how to approach the task best and his price quote was the most reasonable.
After that I consulted Khody over email and over the phone several times more and he was very responsive and informative.
The actual floor installation was performed effectively and with high quality.

We herd of KLE flooring through friends and family who had a lot of hardwood and laminate work done by Khody, sometimes in difficult renovations in old housing, etc. Every time, Khody came through, with the end result being a beautifully finished floor.
KLE installed a set of maple hardwood steps, and engineered hardwood in our basement, and the results were better than we hoped. KLE flooring staff were at all times professional, they showed up on time, completed their work quickly, and cleaned up after themselves. Khody was very knowledgeable, and told us all our options so that we made informed decisions. The price was also more than competitive versus other quotes.
Overall, we were extremely pleased with the results. We highly recommend KLE for any flooring or refinishing project.
