Lusso Design (Entry Doors & Door Inserts)

Wow! Working with Andrew has been a fantastic experience from beginning to end! I first reached out to Andrew about two years ago with a vision in mind for a new front door, but no idea of the cost. Andrew answered my inquiry quickly, spoke at length with me about the door, and provided a quote.

When I reached out a year after the initial quote, ready to get the project started, Andrew was once again quick to answer, very friendly, informative, and helpful. The entire process was great we went back and forth multiple times getting the design just right, he would provide drawings of the different styles so that I could visualize the difference (small details like which size bevel to get), and he was incredibly responsive!

Once the design was decided and everything went into production, Andrew was great at keeping us informed. It was a long process, as most things in the construction world are these days, and he would reach out with updates without being asked alternatively, if I messaged him a question about anything he was always quick to answer with a friendly, informative response.

Finally, the best part! Our door installation! The door itself is absolutely gorgeous, and exactly what we had envisioned. Andrew is someone who takes great pride in his craft and pays incredible attention to detail the install was not an easy one, but he was able to troubleshoot and the final result is absolutely stunning. Plus, the door itself opens and closes smoothly, and we no longer have cold air coming in through the seal!

I cannot recommend Lusso Design enough! My husband and I loved that we were dealing with Andrew the whole time from the design all the way to the installation, he was the one doing the work. His price was incredibly reasonable, he went above and beyond to make sure we got the door that we had in mind, and we really appreciated his attention to detail. If you are in the market for a new door, Lusso Design is definitely the way to go!

We had great experience working with him at our old house and was happy to have him back to do customized doors for our new home. Andrew designed frosted glass fibreglass doors for us. He did an absolutely amazing job on them. We gave him a few rough ideas and he was able to create exactly what we wanted. Andrew is the only one in the industry that can offer multipoint fibreglass doors with a keyless entry because he has designed a system that works. I love that I can also use a key pad that is hidden and not on the door itself. The frosted glass design allows for privacy and the ability to see out which is exactly what we wanted. He went above and beyond to find a way to make the design work. We love our doors.

Andrew designed and installed our gorgeous front door glass inserts in 2016 and came back to replace the steel doors, so we could keep our glass inserts. Just like our first experience, the work was amazing. Andrew responds quickly to messages, was quick to deliver, a hard worker and very affordable. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for new front doors.

Andrew and his co worker do an excellent job on installing quality doors. This is the second time we have had Andrew install doors. We love them.

The hardware for my door was slightly loose after install. Andrew called it out and made sure company sent a new handle. Even sent me a UPS update of when shipment arrived. He reinstalled it. Done. We were looking for someone to install a new front door at our house. After going through the portfolios of several door companies, we came across Lusso Design, and we were so impressed by Andrew's extensive portfolio and beautiful installation work. We decided to go with a custom laser cut metal insert, which we provided the artwork for. Andrew made sure the artwork was suitable for laser cutting and it will look and function at its best when it's installed. Andrew is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. He was amazing to work with. He and Arseniy did a beautiful installation job and we're getting compliments on our front door all the time. Currently, we're working with Andrew on a second double door. We highly recommend working with Lusso Design whether you're looking for a custom or a predesigned door.

Andrew is a very talented and kind person to work with. My new entry door is beautiful and solidly crafted.
