I found Lusso on-line, but once I started talking to people, I realized most of my neighbours had already used this company, and had great results. Andrew is professional, sincere, and prompt - a rarity in contractors. He provides not only the insert, but completes the job from A-Z with heavy duty hinges and lock/handle hardware. He is a meticulous installer, paying attention to every detail, and leaves the work area spotless. I was so impressed with the whole experience, I had a referral set up for him as he was collecting his tools to leave. He is exceptional at what he does, and I wish him a prosperous future.

From the moment we contacted Andrew of Lusso glass, his conduct was professional and courteous. He came to our home and supplied an amply variety of styles of iron inserts, glass and door handles. We decided to go with an iron design different from those supplied by Andrew, which required several custom changes.
