Andrew was very professional and takes pride in his work. He did an excellent, careful job in installing our wrought iron door insert and door handle. He even included complimentary matching door hinges and peep hole. He was easy to get in touch with and promptly replied to email and phone calls. We were also very impressed with our initial consultation with him - he offered a wide selection of products and even composed custom unique script address for us to choose from. We highly recommend his services!!

The staff at Home Furnishings Centres, formerly known as Far East Centres have terrible customer service and professionalism and also demonstrate dishonest/slanted sales practice. Their delivery men did major damage to our house during delivery.. The delivery men admitted to the damage over the phone to their supervisor/who also happened to be one of the owners of the company - but when we called her back to discuss the damage, she denied that they had anything to do with it and said that we have no proof. Moreover, the furniture that they had delivered was of extremely poor quality and of the wrong colour. On the day of expected delivery, they called us last minute to postpone the delivery several days after we had taken time off work to be present for the delivery. On the day they finally delivered, they were two hours late!! The staff also accused us of not paying the full balance of the purchase upon delivery of our order- when in fact they had simply misplaced the invoice and they also erroneously charged our credit card! Terrible people and absolutely unprofessional. We got suckered into buying their products at the HOME SHOW in Toronto! Don't make the same mistake!
