Lusso Design (Entry Doors & Door Inserts)

I emailed over 15 companies on HomeStars with atleast a rating of 9 or more. Only 6 responded, but only Andrew was the honest one. 5 other companies said, the entire window must be replaced and they don't do glass replacement. Some reasons were "it is not meaningful to just replace a glass", "its faster and better to replace just the entire window", etc. They didn't even look at my window before determining if it was necessary. ONLY ANDREW was willing to take the job even if it was just a glass replacement, and he actually came to see if it is possible and give me an estimate. The job was done with care and he was very polite during the entire process from phone contact to meeting up to complete the job. Fantastic work! However, if you're going book Andrew, make sure you do it well in advance and give him some time. His amazing work speaks for himself, he is very busy and his schedule is tight (this is good, he is busy for a good reason, we don't want to hire someone that never gets any jobs). So be patient and andrew will definitely give you the service beyond what you would expect. Definitely will contact andrew again for any window/glass needs and will refer him to friends! By the way, his job was done about Dec 22 or 23, just before Christmas. I just got busy for holidays prior to posting this review.

Andrew was very professional and did a phenomenal job on our custom door inserts and address script. He was very punctual and got the job done in the short window we had requested. I have already recommended him to friends and family. Our neighbors have stopped by several times admiring our doors!

Andrew created a custom wrought iron insert for the entry door on our new home. The design is beautiful, stands out and makes a statement. Andrew did a fantastic job and we highly recommend him!

It is hard to find professional contractor these days. Someone who really enjoys what he does. If you are looking for wrought iron inserts - you are in the right place. I choose Lusso glass based on the good reviews in this site, and everybody ended up being right. Andrew was amazingly friendly and patient discussing what was best for my budget, I had a limited budget. He is a great professional and door looks great. I will for sure recommend him and use his services again for a future house.

Andrew takes pride in his work. His passion in providing customize design in glass inserts helps provide us with our own unique glass inserts. Our front entrance looks wonderful now, my mother can't stop admiring it. His price is very reasonable too. Andrew completed the project within a deadline I had set and arranged to return for a followup visit to install a new door handle and doorbell, living up to the reviews he's received from other members of this site. He's relatively reliable in terms of communication although as the single owner and operator of a growing company, I'm sure he occasionally gets overwhelmed with the workload and constant inquiries/followup calls. That being said, there are fewer contractors in the industry that would pale in comparison to Andrew's work ethic and desire to keep his client's completely satisfied with the final product. Would have no issues in recommending his services to others looking to update their home's curb appeal.

Andrew did an excellent job, very professional, excellent customer services. Highly recommended! He did more than what we paid for... Definitely ask him to do the wrought iron door inserts.
