Lusso Design (Entry Doors & Door Inserts)

Needed a shaded glass insert for a custom 9 foot high exterior door for privacy but to let in some sun. Andrew was prompt, professional and delivered a quality result. Solid.

After a long search, we found that Andrew had the best price for the quality of products and services offered. He was very pleasant to deal with and offered us many suggestions and insight into what we needed done. We never realized that it's better to change the door hinges when adding cast iron door inserts to our original builder doors since the new inserts are much heavier. He put in some beautiful upgraded hinges for us and it made all the difference! We are really happy with our new front and back doors.

My wife an I were looking for a door insert and side light to fit our existing door and overall home style. After reviewing what felt like thousands of door designs we worked with Andrew to create something that we were happy with. With a custom made in Canada insert and side light, new door handle and hinges and Andrews attention to detail Andrew helped transform our home entry way into something that is as functional as it is beautiful.

My wife and I were looking for new front doors and we've been shopping for a while. We spoke with several companies but there was something about Andrew that was just genuine. A few hiccups here and there but we really love our front entry doors. He was very professional along the way and answered all our questions.

Our handles were delayed a few weeks so he put up temporary ones. He actually didn't even ask for the balance or a partial amount although majority of the work was completed. He told me he would collect it all after the handles came in. I actually insisted he take half of the remaining balance. The fact of the matter is, Andrew isn't out to take your money and leave you high and dry. He is one of the very few contractors that actually cares about his customers. I have a lot of respect for him and would refer him in a heartbeat.

This is my second project with Andrew from Lusso Design and once again he has exceeded my expectations. A few years ago Lusso Design installed custom inserts for my entry and garden doors. Now they have completed a project on my walk out doors. The double doors look fantastic and Andrew's attention to detail is exceptional. From a technical standpoint, the install was done carefully and he made sure that the doors were hung and aligned properly. They swing and close much better than the originals. From an aesthetic view, the doors look really, really good and the extra touches like color matched caulking make all the difference to the finished product. Every company should take note from Andrew. Quality is superb and installation was perfect. Very professional and knowledgeable. I had 2x full custom inserts made and matching handlesets. The old door looks amazing now. Would recommend to anyone and not be worried.

Our original front doors needed replacement and started our search last spring and contacted a few vendors who did come over for estimates ,however were not impressed with either the selection or price.When we first contacted Andrew we were impressed with his knowledge of the business and his attention to details.He was very thorough in giving us a fair price and the many door options and wrought iron design options as well.Our priority was privacy and an original design no one else had.We did go ahead with him,and finally just got the doors installed very professionally by Alex.It did take much longer than expected to have everything in place for the final installation as there were quite a few hiccups
along the way which was very frustrating for me as well as for
Andrew as there were some glitches beyond his control,but in the end he did go out of his way to make sure we were happy with the product.He is very customer service oriented and would not hesitate to refer him to anyone who is looking for a door.We are very pleased with the door and have already received compliments on it.
