Our original front doors needed replacement and started our search last spring and contacted a few vendors who did come over for estimates ,however were not impressed with either the selection or price.When we first contacted Andrew we were impressed with his knowledge of the business and his attention to details.He was very thorough in giving us a fair price and the many door options and wrought iron design options as well.Our priority was privacy and an original design no one else had.We did go ahead with him,and finally just got the doors installed very professionally by Alex.It did take much longer than expected to have everything in place for the final installation as there were quite a few hiccups along the way which was very frustrating for me as well as for Andrew as there were some glitches beyond his control,but in the end he did go out of his way to make sure we were happy with the product.He is very customer service oriented and would not hesitate to refer him to anyone who is looking for a door.We are very pleased with the door and have already received compliments on it.

Your door was what I call a unicorn project - one which has a statistically impossible amount of problems:) I get a couple of these a year when pretty much every single plan that I make falls apart and every single thing that can go sideways does:)and all I can do is to keep at it and make sure that when the door is actually installed it is definitely worth the wait and not to pat myself on the back, but I can say that Your door is definitely be the best looking one on the street now:) Thank You so much for Your patience and enjoy Your new door!
