I was very happy with the service from Andrew. He replaced my door glass inserts with frosted glass including a security laminate. He's definitely passionate about what he does and really goes into details the options that we have at hand. I was originally going to get a door but he actually told me that I should stick with the current door for now and see how it goes. This kind of service definitely really indicates to me that he's not in it purely for the money (though I understand everyone needs to make some money) and wants his customers to be happy. I will definitely consider using him again if I were to upgrade my door or door hardware!

Your situation was definitely quite tricky as the door condition was definitely not the best but considering the configuration of the door even the most basic combination of components and finishes the full replacement would have been very costly - I think we've made a smart decision here as now with all the repairs, You can get another decade out of the door and thanks to standardized glass sizes, once the time comes to replace the entire system, we can still use the inserts for the new door.Thank You and have a wonderful day!
