A true professional at a fair price
I was so glad when we found Andrew’s company, Lusso Design because after meeting with 3 major door companies, I was so unsatisfied with the typical “cookie cutter” insert that everyone has. Andrew offers so many unique designs that you may customize to suit your style and needs. Andrew was knowledgeable, honest, he supports Canadian business manufacturers, his library of inserts is plentiful, and he is a true craftsman that prides himself on quality work. In our conversations, I never felt like a was speaking with a salesman that wanted to close the deal and move on. Andrew listened attentively and tried to find a way to make whatever we wanted work. He also offers custom work at a better price than what big door companies offer mass quantity inserts for. I cannot say enough about how satisfied I am with the service and quality I was given with Andrew. I would definitely recommend Lusso Design to everyone I know!
