I am a property manager and one of my tenants had an issue with mice in their unit. I found Snap Pest control on homestars after using other competitors in the past and not being satisfied with the results. I must say I am very glad I decided to to use Snap Pest control as I found that other companies in the past would only find a temporary solution and each visit would be about 30 minutes. I always felt that was not enough time for these older, downtown century homes. Joe came by and did full thorough inspection of both the exterior and interior. During this time he was very informative and allowed me to follow him around while explaining each step of the process. I have had companies in the past just lay out bait, only to have the mice return after 6 months. I could tell Joe wanted a permanent solution as he sealed all the crevices and gaps in my exterior wall with wire and cement! As a property manager, this is kind of customer service that helps so that I can provide a rodent free environment for my tenants. I would recommend Snap Pest Control, as Joe is passionate, well informed and knowledgeable. Also I would like to add that his prices are very reasonable compared to the other guys who charge more for a 30 min band aid solution.

Thanks for the review. Having experienced this scenario many times I knew full well that my client was concerned for his tenants well being. While I didn't like being followed around I understood that my client simply wanted some results. Why were the mice still returning to the property? The companies that were hired did not concern themselves with locating and sealing the holes by which mice were entering the property. Hence, mice continued to enter at will, simply continuing the issue.Joe
