Thru a friend's recommendation, I contacted Mr. Max Shi for an inspection of my furnace. Although My house is only about 22 years old, however, in order to take advantage of the rebate program offered by Enbridge, I agree with Max to upgrade the furnace to 110,000 BTU with a high efficiency multi speed motor.
Max also help to arrange an Energy Audit
