It is very hard for us to reply to this review because "J in Burlington" could be one of our some 500+ customers we deal with but I can respond generically to your review. We don't water gardens and grass, which is a home owner's responsibility. Snow removal is a very misunderstood profession, there is what the customer expects and what is written in our contract that we supply and have signed. We very rarely receive complaints about our snow removal service and when we do 90% of the time these expectations are outside the terms of the agreement. We try and educate our customers about the contracts before having them sign to make sure they understand the stipulations. In most cases the complaining individual was not available or misunderstood the guidelines.

Hi Dennis,

I suggest reading the guidelines that were given on maintaining the grass, when the Paramount team installed the sod it was living, your were educated on how to maintain it when we completed the project. Not watering the lawn in hot summer months is not a good idea for any lawn, especially a freshly laid lawn. You told the team you had your sod redone 3 times in 2 years, did you ever think maybe there is something your doing wrong when they leave.
