Steve was recommended to me by a neighbour who had some renovations done in her condo. Steve came to my place, reviewed the job, and gave me a few options. He kept in mind the budget that I had for the work and was flexible when I changed my mind about the counter top and the breakfast bar after the job was started.

What impressed me most was how cleanly Steve and his colleagues worked. They vacuumed and cleaned the area at the end of each day. This was important as removing a wall between the kitchen and the living room was quite a messy job and I needed to use the kitchen during the two weeks work. Steve and his colleagues were polite, good humoured, and very professional. I much appreciated the fact that they finished the job on time, which was just before the holidays. I would ask them again for any renovation that I have.

Easily the best experience I've had with a contractor in Toronto. Steve, Dan and Milan had enough experience to handle all the electrical, excavation, plumbing and carpentry. I didn't have to organize a thing, Project came in on time, under budget and looked fantastic. Great connections with local suppliers saved me a bundle. A lot of pride in their work which is hard to find these days. I would recommend to anyone looking for a reliable contractor in the city

We are very grateful to Dan, Steve and Milan for the great job they did renovating a very tired old bathroom into a bright, modern and inspiring place to get ready in the morning. We had our basement finished by Dan & Steve, and have been extremely pleased with their work ethic, professionalism and craftsmanship since day one. The basement was beautifully and effeciently finished, and I am forever grateful for having the extra space to share and enjoy with my children. The exceptional design of the laundry room has made my life as a mother 10x easier! We were so happy with the basement, we called Towne back to build our deck - and were able to enjoy the summer outdoors thanks to their great work!!

Towne Contracting made our unfinished basement into a beautiful and liveable space that the whole family absolutely loves. There is now a bedroom/office, a family room and a gorgeous bathroom, making it a great addition to our living space.

The Towne Contracting crew were respectful, courteous, within budget and completed the job with great craftsmanship. They made sure that the job was done properly not taking any short cuts making sure the customer was happy and having pride in their work.
