Milan and Andre from Towne Contracting were the ones to do the work for our Bathroom Renovation. They were very polite, friendly and courteous as well as very thorough. They met all of our requests and did a fabulous job. Our bathroom looks amazing and would highly recommend them to anyone. Thanks to Steve too.

Steve and the team gutted and renovated the bathroom in my loft. They were polite, professional, knowledgable about the needs of condo owners (and my condo board!), and delivered a fantastic result.

They re-built a beautiful new walk in shower, storage unit, and installed a fantastic vanity and toilet. I was impressed by their attention to detail, the way in which they sent me daily/weekly status updates, and how well they ran their business. They completed the project on time and on budget.

We retained the services of Towne Contracting for a major renovation project in our house. After comparing a number of quotes, we decided to go with Steve and his team as we were convinced they would do the best quality of work at a reasonable price. Overall, Steve, Milan, and Dan did an excellent job and we were greatly impressed with their professional attitude and attention to detail. Although the project cost came in higher than the initial quote due to a variety of reasons, the end product was very good. Steve and Milan did an excellent job on our 2 bathrooms. They were able to get both bathrooms done under the estimated time and at a lower cost than the original estimate. Their workmanship was excellent. They were able to make the necessary adjustments to some of the items I had purchased to give me the end results I was looking for. I found it a pleasure dealing with them. They were very professional and respectful. Living in a condo can have its' challenges when it comes to renovations. Steve was very understanding when it came to the condo rules and the individuals he had to deal with. I also appreciated the turnaround time whenever I left him a message. Simply put, all of the guys (Steve, Dan and Milan) are knowledgeable, experienced, budget minded, respectful, and just overall good people. The ideas Steve and Milan put forth complimented mine for a kitchen addition and the end product turned out brilliantly and far exceeded my high expectations. As well, the followup after the job was a huge bonus. They have the "your home is my home" mentality and that, to me, is a sign of an excellent contractor and far outweighs any other criteria. I decided to use Towne Contracting for my renovation based on the reviews on this website. I found them to be very professional. Steve was extremely responsive and even answered my e-mail questions on the weekend. The finished bathroom looks amazing and everyone who has seen it is impressed and several people have asked me for their contact details for their own renovation. My fiancee and I hired Towne contacting to renovate our bathroom and fame/drywall a new wall in the den after a friend recommended them. Not only are these guys professional, friendly and down to earth, but we were also blown away by the exceptional work and service that Steve and his team put forth throughout the entire renovation process. He was able to offer tips and pointers to help save us money, and was honest and realistic about our budget and the time restrictions we were working with.

When Steve and his team came in to work, they were respectful of our home and always cleaned up after they were done for the day. We were pleasantly greeted by a clean home every night (no drywall dust anywhere!!). They worked quickly and efficiently and stuck to the timelines that they initially quoted us at. We truly appreciate their flexibility and honesty.

We initially had a few awkward areas in our bathroom, and Steve and his team were able to offer creative suggestions that worked so well! The tiling was laid flawlessly, and we appreciate the care Towne Contracting put in when working on our home. They were even friendly enough to offer my fiancee tips on how to properly put in a transition piece on our hardwood floors (although they weren't even working on the floors!).

We constantly get compliments on how great our new bathroom and wall look. Steve and his team went above and beyond what was expected and I would most definitely recommend their services to anyone! Dan and Steve are finishing our basement today, and I wanted to express how pleased my fiancé and I are with their workmanship and professionalism.

We received 7 different quotes for the work on our basement. Two of those companies walked in, looked horrified by the situation, and gave us on the spot quotes (bad sign imo). Dan and Steve showed up, said “we can do that” and “here’s how we’d do it”. Amazing. They weren’t the cheapest of the bunch, but they were competitively priced.

The job involved fixing up our basement, pretty much from scratch as we had encountered 2 leaks which caused a fair amount of water damage throughout our newly purchased home. Dan and Steve stayed on budget, on time, and worked around two other contractors (one for spray-foaming, and one for tiled floors). We tacked on a lot of extra items as we went along, which never seemed to frustrate the guys from Town Contracting.

We were so happy with the work, and the positive attitudes from Dan and Steve, that we’d be happy to act as references for them (ask to see Mike and Diane's basement).

Working with Towne Contracting has been by far the best experience we have had. This was the second time Steve and his team took on a project in our home and once again surpassed our expectations. Not only are Steve, Dan, and Milan professional, polite, and honest they are real people. Steve and his team took the time to listen to our needs and concerns and addressed them in a professional and creative matter. They had great suggestions for our bathroom that we never would have thought of and have ended up loving.
Steve came in and took a quote while working within our budget. During the process they always kept us up to date with the progress in the bathroom and any other additions the would be a value to our project. They take pride in their work and and your home by always leaving it clean and tidy when they leave for the day. Finding a reliable and honest contractor is not something you come across today.
