My home alarm system .... approx. 7 years old.... suddenly went dead about a month ago. Elizabeth from the service department politely walked me through several steps...on the phone... and the system came alive again. She could not explain while the sudden loss of service... but she askwsmwto call her again if the problem recurred.
Well.... it did. Approx. 3 weeks later the system went dead again. I called Elizabeth again as she had suggested and she arranged for a technician to come over to troubleshoot and to upgrade the system. The problem. Turned out to be a short in one of the motion wires somewhere in the walls which caused the entire system to shut down. The motion detector was replaced with a wireless one at no cost to me. The issue has been resolved and I have an upgraded system.
Elizabeth showed great customer service.... acted quickly... efficiently..... and politely.
The technician that came over worked hard.... clean...and was very knowledgeable.
