I have called Delux Alarms for different quotes regarding system upgrades and have received very good information about the process involved. Quotes are reasonable and offers very top quality products.
We have always received excellent customer service and call back were prompt and efficient with information. All representatives are very courteous and very informed of system upgrades. We had service provided in 2003 and later again changed service in 2014, have had excellent care about our system the workers were efficient, kind and answered all our questions with confidence and care.
