Ton Furniture

We are relatively new to Toronto having moved across the country. We finally were settling down and wanted to invest in quality mattresses. Initially we were looking for latex, and I found a reference to TON mattresses on a blog that described various suppliers. I sent an email to Andy late on Friday and he responded immediately with advice that we could visit the factory on Saturday. I was impressed ! Hard working and he takes customer service seriously.

When we met Andy we were impressed with his knowledge and great attitude. He shared a lot of information with us - not only on mattresses, but also other tidbits useful to newcomers to the city. After a tour of the factory, which was very interesting, we tried all the mattresses and settled on perhaps 2 of them. We told him we would be back. No problem he said. Free Delivery - any time that suited us. it all sounded good at the time.

A month later we went back with our own pillows to try them out again. We wanted to be really sure that we were making the right choice. Andy was great during all of this and really understood and supported the idea that we should duplicate our sleeping experience so that we could get the best idea of how the mattress would feel.

Its a big decision, but in the end we chose 2 king sized Venetian gel mattresses with individual pocket coils.

We placed the order and I contacted Andy a few days before delivery. He came exactly when promised and was great even during a challenging 2nd floor delivery that required up and over the balcony to get in....for TWO mattresses.

Andy is a total professional who knows his stuff and takes customer service seriously. And the mattress is sooo comfortable. We love it. Can't recommend him highly enough.

Andy simply defines excellence in customer experience. Call him. Talk to him. Order a mattress from him. You will be glad you did.

I Love my new ortho firm mattress. I found the company on line and called and then went to see what I would be buying. Andy showed me several mattresses and I found the one that suited me. Exceptional. Visited the showroom near Keele/Steeles, and Andy took it from there. Showed me some quality mattresses, I tested them out, and then he took me on a short tour of the warehouse. The volume of orders they take is really impressive.

I emailed Andy a week later, after comparing them with other places - nothing even came close to the quality and price I got at Ton Furniture. Andy delivered the mattress himself, and was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable throughout. Highly recommended, good show sir.

When we visited the wearhouse, Andy promised us that we will not regret our purchase and I must say he was 100% correct, I immediately felt a huge difference with our new mattress and the service was superb! I also spent quite some time searching for the best price and could not find another competitior to beat them.

We met Andy- the owner of Ton Furniture back in 2007 when we immigrated to Canada. We bought our first queen mattress and queen bed from him - and ever since we don't look any further!! We have purchased another queen mattress a year later and recently we got the king size - and we just love it. He is very knowledgeable and offering great service.

Great company. Andy is easy to work with, has a wealth of knowledge and has prices that you will not find anywhere. Purchased a new king size mattress and box. Top quality bed! I called Andy because my parents just arrived in Canada and they need a great mattress. I wanted it to be made without chemicals, and it should be as comfortable as possible. Andy gave me a very good deal with the queen-size 7-zone latex mattress, which he said, is the the best they have in terms of natural mattresses. Andy just saved me $1,000 because I was about to purchase the same mattress in Sleep Country, which was on sale for $2,000!

My parents are very happy with the mattress. We don't even have to air it out because it has no smell. Thank you, Andy!
