Same story as many on here...researched a lot looking for a natural latex mattress, searched tons of forums and reviews, had to look at Ton because of the stellar reputation. Totally was exactly as good as expected, Andy is a super nice guy, knows his product, no bs. Tour of factory showed clean, modern facility, no pressure as we tried a few mattresses, and we had one made for us that afternoon, delivered free to our house (on the outskirts of the gta) the next day! Highly recommended, great service, product, and price.
