My Induction range stopped working suddenly. Technician from Elite Appliance came to fix as scheduled. He was successfully able to diagnose and resolve the problem. I am glad that he even came well prepared with all the parts needed. The guy was professional and courteous and answered all my questions patiently and politely.

Our Samsung dishwasher stopped draining water after the initial rinse. I called Elite Appliance Service on a Thursday and by Saturday (the day I picked for the diagnostic visit) I had a working dishwasher.
Tony the technician was very courteous and professional. He tried to resolve the problem by unclogging the piece that was causing the problem and it worked!
He was very knowlegeable about the appliance and was able to give us some advice on how to maintain it so that it continues to work well.

Our fridge stopped cooling again and Elite's Tech (Mike) was able to quickly diagnose the issue. Within 2 days the parts were replaced and installed promptly. Each time I've used Elite, they have been nothing short of professional and courteous.

I called Elite Appliance to fix the door on my microwave b/c it wouldn't close. Withing 24 hours a technician came. He was very polite, explained in detail what the problem was and fixed the problem. Hi. I had problem with my dishwasher. I received a text message about confirmation of appointment. On the day when technician was to come-he was on time and very courteous. He checked my dishwasher and guess what, he was carrying the part that could have gone bad. Because of this, i saved time and money as my dishwasher was fixed in one appointment only! I was so happy. He showed me the damaged part, made me understand what the problem was. After he checked whether the new part was proper or not, i asked him to recheck it. And happily he dis the whole process again.

Fantastic service. Both servicemen who came to repair my freezer/fridge were extremely friendly and asked me if I had any questions. They showed up on time both times and sent me a text message to let me know when they were on route. The first visit They quickly identified the problem and ordered the part. In a few weeks they contacted me via text to set up an appointment for them to come out and fix the problem with the new part. Great communication and service, I highly recommend their services. I had a new frigidaire dishwasher still under the warranty and the door was not closing properly. I had a technician from Elite Appliances come in to check the dishwasher under the WO# 230775. It turns out the problem was bad installation. The technician was pretty courteous. He fixed the problem pretty fast and addresed all my concerns. I was happy with the service I received. I would definitely recommend him.

The work was done quickly and the technician was very professional.
