We were moving into our new place and wanted it cleaned top to bottom before we moved in. Jacob and Rose came highly recommended and did not disappoint. They were extremely friendly, very thorough and professional. They worked around our schedule and even came in on the July 1st holiday. We were very satisfied with all the work they did and the price was extremely reasonable. All the work was done to our specifications and within the quoted time. We would highly recommend Jacob and Rose for any of your cleaning needs.

Simply Amazing. Contacted them for a deep cleaning 4 hour service for home listing. Jacob & Rose were friendly, hard-working (they even stayed an extra half-hour to make sure everything was perfect), and paid extremely good attention to detail. Everything looks great and I can't stress enough the attention to detail and high quality standards they have. Top that off with a friendly attitude and a very fair price and there's nothing else to ask for. Will 100% be hiring them again and recommending to friends.

They were great- very sociable and didn't bat an eye at my overly messy and cluttered apartment. More importantly, they did a fantastic job cleaning up the place. What more can one ask? Also great to hire students and help them out; 100% honest, hard working and friendly. Good pricing as well.

We were looking for help with the house cleaning and contacted Jacob and Rose. Even though we do not live within the area they normally service, they accomodated us and agreed to come for an initial cleaning.They were cheerful, open and came ready to work. We have been very impressed by the level of service received, they have done an quality clean in every room paying attention to every detail. They are easily reachable, easy to work with and work very hard to accomodate our schedule. We will definitely continue to use their services and would happily recommend them to anyone.

Rose and Jacob brought two hard-working people with them and in seven hours cleaned our Mrs. Haversham-esque house so it gleamed. They did not judge the time it needed accurately and so a few details were left out but they are more than happy to return and finish the job although they are already booked into August. I was impressed with their attention to detail and their very high standards.

We hired Jacob and Rose to do a detailed cleaning of our home before moving in. The previous homeowner had a cat, and I have allergies, so i wanted it to be free of cat hair, litter, as well as the odours and stains in the carpets. Furthermore, my wife is pregnant, so we wanted to ensure they used non-toxic cleaning supplies in their cleaning.

Jacob and Rose came with one of their assistants and worked for 4 hours in total (12 total man hours - so basically $30/hr), and cleaned the entire house from top to bottom, including the basement, 2.5 bathrooms, and kitchen appliances. Total square footage was about 2200.

They walked through the home with us and we talked about what specifically we wanted them to focus on. they were careful with the floors and materials, making sure not to scratch anything with their bins and equipment. They started the 4 hour work clock AFTER the discussion and walkthrough, which was appreciated (I don't think every cleaner would do that, even though its the right thing to do)

Overall, we were happy with the job they did in the time frame they had. maybe one or two minor spots missed that we hadn't seen on final walkthrough, but honestly, that's just being picky.

I've since moved in, and don't seem to have had any allergic reactions, which is probably the best indicator of a job well done.

It was a great decision. Guys were very flexible and came over on a Saturday morning. They arrived on time and completed the job in the promised timeframe. Jacob and Rose cleaned our washrooms, kitchen and balcony. The place looks brand new after the cleaning! We'll definitely be coming back to the guys for cleaning in the future.
