I have to agree wholeheartedly with the review written by Jelena on Jan 4. I was also emailed multiple times over the course of service, with the Home Cleaning Team asking me to rate them as 10/10 on this website, and in return, I would get a $10 discount. I was happy to do it because their service at the time was excellent. However, things have drastically changed with this company. It seems like they lost some workers around the end of 2011 and things have fallen apart since then. My cleanings have been cancelled, re-scheduled at the very last minute, with the communication often being by text message. The last straw was this week. They were supposed to come on Wednesday morning to clean. I got a text message at 8:56 that they weren't coming, but re-booking until Friday afternoon. I was offered a $20 discount which I did appreciate. However...come Friday, I received a text message saying they were running behind and would be here at 11 AM. First of all, the appointment was for the afternoon, not the morning. But I didn't mind, a cleaning any time would do...except that is the last I heard of them. I texted at 3:15, asking where they were and never got a response. I don't know what's going on with this company, but they went from being extremely professional and providing great service, to being extremely unreliable and unprofessional. I will be looking for a new cleaner ASAP.

We would just like to let you know that we (Rose and Jacob) have been going through a personal separation, juggling our personal and emotional selves, trying our best to distribute and accomodate clients within the business, finding a subletter for our newly leased apartment meanwhile juggling new school schedules (we are in our last year!!) as well as Jacob's grandmother is now in palliative care and we add to this having two cleaners leave the country all of which makes accommodating everybody nearly impossible. We wish to thank all the wonderful clients we have that have understood what we are going through at this time. We are hoping to resolve these issues and resume regular service (and taking on new clients) shortly. Please remain confident in us, as we promise to improve in our shortcommings as a small business and refuse to compromise on the quality of the service we provide.
