I had never used rentwow but I would definitely use them and recommend them. I placed my order on line and then Nenita called me. There was a few things not available but she helped me with other options. We were able to sort it out in an hour and I had delivered the next day. The delivery team was great they arrived right on time and put the pieces exactly were I wanted them

This was my first time dealing with WOW and I had ordered online. I was in a hurry to get the home staged. Some of the things were available and others not. Responded to a Kijiji Ad regarding gentle used sofa/futon. The prompt response & insightful phone call spurred me to drive across town to their location. My skepticism was for not. Monica, my contact was brilliant, went well out of her way to be helpful and bonus the ad/photo was true to its word. Sold. The on floor staff were friendly, respectful and a dream to work with. I am planning to return within the very near future for dining chairs and other casual seating. Thankyou Monica and staff. I only wish I could be put on a mailing list of product that is being sold off saving me time visiting the location.

The first time I tried ordering from rent wow I was helped by this amazing lady Nenita, and ever since that, I always requested her assistance, she is extremely professional with a lot of patience. Nenita is one of the busiest people I've met, almost every time I call, she is on the phone helping customers, but she always remembers to call me back right away! She is very knowledgeable with the inventory, and always helped me make fast and accurate decisions on my tasks. Although I've never met her in person, I cannot thank her enough! Zara spent time with me on the phone reviewing the floor plan I sent her and made recommendations appropriate to the scale and colour palette of the suite. We were able to decide on specific pieces using the on-line inventory quickly and efficiently. On the appointed day the RentWOW crew arrived on time, loaded in the staging pieces into the suite and placed everything where it was needed.
