I had the pleasure of dealing with Natalie at rent wow the customer service I received was exceptional Natalie took the time to sit with my husband and I as we pondered and decided for over an hour on what furniture we would choose to stage one of our housing projects Natalie was super friendly and she gave us valuable advice and also helped us stay within our budget I would strongly recommend this company if you're looking to rent furniture I look forward to my next staging project and I look forward to dealing with Natalie again .

The Customer Service is impeccable. Natalie helped me from RENT WOW! and her service was more than amazing. She went above and beyond to make sure i was satisfied with my order. I have been using Rent Wow to stage properties for years since they carry a wide variety of furnishings but mostly because of their customer service. Everyone from the people in the office and showroom to the delivery guys have been top notch- always pleasant, professional and super accommodating. Most of my orders have been through Nenita in the office who, despite me often changing things around, remains patient, friendly and extremely helpful. I honestly can't say enough good things about Rent Wow- they make my life so much easier!

Rent wow is an amazing company to deal with. I use them for every job I have that requires rental furniture. The furniture they provide is excellent quality and very in style and my spaces always look awesome when they are staged using their furniture. Dealing with all the girls on the phone is always enjoyable as they are super helpful and always positive and happy to help and make sure the choices I make are going to work. The delivery teams they have are absolutely awesome!!! These guys show up with a smile on their faces and they are incredibly helpful when they are bringing in the furniture. They make sure before they leave that everything is in place exactly where I want it and never make me feel like they are in a rush to get to the next job. I love working with this company.
