We could not have been happier with our experience with Viktoria Movers. Adam and his crew did everything you could ask of movers: they were punctual, courteous and respectful of our stuff, they worked hard every minute of the job (they didn't stop for smoke breaks, they weren't on their phones at all, etc., which is something we've experienced with other movers). They were nice, they were funny, they were hard working...I really can't say enough positive things about them.
When they were unloading, there was a leg that came off of an old wooden office desk we have. Honestly, it was probably already loose, but instead of just unloading it and saying sorry, after the move was completed, they went to a hardware store and bought the necessary supplies, fixed the leg and then brought it back. Keep in mind, this was after a very long day of work and they still had a long drive back to their base. People throw around 'going the extra mile' but I think that tells you how much they're willing to do to make sure their customers are happy. Thank you for your "family" like service and a great price.
