Booked a date and time with PP last week to install 10 fence posts. Took time off work today to guide them. No sign of them by lunchtime so I started calling, leaving messages. Turns out they forgot about the appointment. Terry the site supervisor just e-mailed me with some lame excuse about his mother being sick in Sarnia. What--it never occurred to him or anyone else there to pick up the phone and reschedule?
Highly unprofessional. A waste of my time.
