The information in this individual's posting is slanderous and false!!! Drytech is an honest reputable company and is a long standing BBB member in good standing with an A rating which speaks for itself! Using personal names is not only unjustified but also unprofessional.
We only file a lien when we have problems collecting from a client and we have a limited time frame to do so and in this case we had no choice. When we eventually got paid the lien was overlooked but when we found this out we promptly removed the lien which is only good for 1 year anyway. This job was completed over 3 years prior to this complaint. We apologized for the over site on the lien and did what what necessary to immediately cancel the lien but this person is obviously angry & vindictive.
If you read his comments closely you will realize he is getting personal and very nasty in his remarks. So judge for yourself as liens happen for a reason and liens are very common in the construction industry when you are having trouble getting paid!
This job was very difficult due to bad weather we encountered when we had to apply a new sun deck coating. Initially the weather looked good then it froze so we had to delay the job. We tried again when the weather improved but then it rained again before our coating could cure. At the time of our quote we were not aware of any wood rot so when it was encountered we had to replace at an extra cost. Unfortunately this was one of those jobs where Murphy's law kicked in and the the bad weather compounded things. This client now has a lifetime sun deck coating whereas the vinyl coating they referred to has seams every where with a relatively short life. This client now has a beautiful Tufflex sun deck coating that will last indefinitely and they paid in full because they were satisfied with the job in the end.
