Oct 3rd - update
Arthur (Re-Roof) offered to make the necessary repairs.
We declined (in our view there is no excuse for what happened, taking into account the extensive discussion we had with Arthur prior to sealing the deal.)

New roof

Roofing review in THORNHILL

Clear statement of work, crew showed up on time as per agreed schedule.

Now the bad news:
- one window pane scratched - later on replaced and paid for by Re-Roof
- two window sills (EIFT) damaged during old shingles removal (fixed by Re-Roof)
- two holes in a plywood sheet covered with new shingles, noticed one month later during attic insulation

Approximate cost of services:
$3,800.00
