We had a pleasure to work with Canspec for a home inspection. The staff was extremely knowledgeable, detail oriented and performed the inspection in a very professional manner.
The inspection report was well written, easy to follow and gave us a good understanding of the current situation of the house and what needs to be addressed in a short and long term.
