James Waters was the gentleman who performed our home inspection. Firstly, he was early and already looking around the outside of the house when we arrived. This was a good start and it didn't deviate from there. James was extremely professional and helpful and really helped us make an informed decision on the house. He went through the house on his own and then prepared the reports. Afterwards he walked us through everything he observed during the inspection and answered all our questions. I can't speak highly enough about James. Even questions after the fact via email were answered quickly.
