After a horrible experience with another company, our entire experience with Convertible was a breath of fresh air. From the very start, Marnie was friendly, knowledgeable, and upfront. I was impressed by her broad knowledge of hydronics, but more importantly, her open willingness to review different options without any hint of a hard sell. She said what she meant and meant what she said, trusting us, and treating us and our property with respect. The quote was reasonable. Tom and the install team were punctual, efficient and the workmanship was highest quality. I cannot recommend them enough!!

The entire experience with Convertible Heating & Air was first rate from the very first call to immediately being connected to a consultant and then shortly thereafter for Chris to come to my home for a free inspection and quote to his wonderful crew installing in less time than they had estimated without one hiccup or issue. In fact, the entire process was one of the most seamless experiences I've ever had with a company on such an important and relatively large purchase, but most importantly, my spouse and I immediately felt we were in good hands and chose the right company and people.

Within days, we went from no heat to an efficient system where every little detail was taken care of and completed beyond just the bare minimum and well beyond our satisfaction. They educated and explained things extremely well, which further built our confidence and trust that we had made the best decision in choosing their service and product.

Our salesperson Pete was a pleasure to deal with, very knowledgeable. We needed to replace furnace AC and HWT, he saw us on Saturday and everything was installed on Wednesday..great service.

Overall I was pleasantly surprised with their service and wish I called Convertible sooner.

My water heater tank had a red tag for some installation violations, and though I had been waiting weeks for another contractor to provide an estimate, Chris from Convertible was able to schedule an installation in two days.

The technicians were responsible and pleasant, and took great care in reworking all the necessary exhaust and plumbing to clear my red tag; as well as replace my broken down water heater tank with a new one.

Throughout my correspondence, I always felt reassured and was given a very reasonable quote; I would recommend Convertible to everyone for your HVAC needs.

Thank you to Marnie and the amazing installation crew for going over and above in consulting and installing my new Furnace and Air Conditioner. Amazing customer service. If I could give more stars, I would!! I had been dreading this day for months. First of all, Convertible Air was recommended to me through a colleague at work who had recently purchased a home and had to immediately replace their HVAC units. Marnies consultation was very thorough and set expectations for the work that was going to need to be done. Replacing a 20+ furnace and AC unit required a few changes to be made as the units are now high efficiency. I have finished drywall and there was re-routing to do both inside and out and also a few unknowns ie. a possible new chimney liner. Marnie was extremely reassuring and what I felt most was the confidence that the job would be done well and safely. She gave me some time to absorb/breathe as I am sincerely the most anxious person. After countless emails for my never ending questions, with my heart literally pounding, we set a date for the third week in October. Well, the temperature dropped and my old furnace just didnt have the ability to provide heat any longer. I reached out to Marnie immediately who not only was able to bump up the date, she also offered to drop off some portable heaters which she did so that evening. Thank you. So here we are on installation day, the installers were awesome. Kind, respectful, problem solvers and basically magicians for all of the amazing work that they did. Although I was literally under their nose for most of the day, they were able to able to achieve, not just achieve, exceed what I had asked them to do. They truly are there to do a job and what needs to be done, needs to be done, but they went over and above to make sure that I was happy even if it was going to take a little longer. So they exceeded my expectations. Also, bonus, I didnt need to replace my chimney liner. So thank you Marnie, and your crew. This is a family owned business and what you feel is cared for. Was referred by my neighbor, who had a replacement in May. I made the call they came the next day with a very reasonable quote. The install was done the following day, the workers were very polite, professional and left no mess. I would recommend this company.

I contacted Marnie at Convertible air for a quote on replacing my central ac unit with a new one. She suggested upgrading to a cold climate heat pump so as to help reduce our carbon foot print and energy costs. Marnie helped educate me on how a heat pumps works and what different brands I should consider. After doing my research, I went with the Kinghome Gree unit that Marnie suggested. Install went perfectly with no hitches and the installers went over operation with me after completion including some older pieces in my hybrid HVAC system. As an addition, my copper line that fed my old ac unit was also replaced as it was only considered as acceptable for my new heat pump at no extra charge! I would certainly recommend Convertible Air for your next HVAC needs.
