Convertible installed a new gas furnace and a new Panasonic low-temperature (down to -31 degrees C) heat pump. It is quiet and works extremely well. The installation was quick and flawless. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend these professionals.

Ive used Convertible Air multiple times over the last decade, so when our 20+ year water heater bit the dust, we gave Convertible a call for a tankless model. They had the best price (just like they always seem to do) on the same make and model that other vendors were charging SIGNIFICANTLY more for.

During the install they didnt think they could vent the heater out the wall that we wanted it vented. When we said the venting location was important to us, they called the manufacturer and figured out a way to get it done.

Over the last decade Ive purchased a furnace, central air and combination tankless water heater & boiler for another home, all from Convertible Air. Ive never had any problems with anything theyve ever sold me and they are always helpful and informative when they come to do routine maintenance.

When its time for a new HVAC purchase, do yourself a favour and get a recommendation and a quote from Convertible Air, then shop around for comparison pricing. Id be shocked if anyone beat their price and they keep everything running like clockwork. So what else do you want from a vendor?!

Good hardworking and curtious crew did an excellant job. They took the time to explain everything and answer questions. They cleaned up as they worked and made sure everything was working before they left.

Great people doing great work

I needed to replace my old furnace so quoted Convertible against 2 other HVAC contractors for the identical Goodman furnace. Convertible came in much cheaper. I chose them based on their price and excellent reviews on Homestars. Their sales representative Michael is very knowledgeable and responsive. He visited me to assess the layout of my home to ensure his fully costed quote including installation was correct. He also answered all my questions about heat pumps since I'm interested in installing an air sourced heat pump sometime in 2024 to replace my old air conditioner and take advantage of the generous government rebate program. I had my furnace installed yesterday by Craig and Amin who were efficient and pleasant to deal with. I want them back to install a heat pump at a future date.

From placing a call to the team at Convertible Heating and Air Conditioning to the final installation - the service and professionalism was excellent. They were able to send someone over to assess my needs same day, provided several well explained options for replacement (varying brands, prices and functions) and didn't pressure me into making a decision on the spot.

Furthermore when we ran into some complications with the installation, the team communicated the issue quickly, provided a solution and still completed the work on time and on budget.

Would highly recommend to anyone looking at replacing a furnace.
