Air conditioning unit failed during heat wave. Phoned Convertible on Sunday afternoon and was pleasantly surprised to reach the owner himself. Arranged for an inspection the following day and installation in the next 2 days. The installer was named Kemar. He was extremely pleasant and courteous as well as efficient.
Will definitely recommend Convertible
