We had to replace our old furnace with a new one. The service we received was excellent. I first spoke on the phone with Sam to inquire about products and pricing. He spent 20 minutes explaining everything and answered all my questions. Very knowledgeable, funny and down to earth. I never felt as though I was being "sold" anything, just provided with lots of information which I found to be a breath of fresh air. Then his daughter Marnie came to the house to take measurements and she also answered all our questions. Like her dad, she is very knowledgeable, patient and no sales pressure tactics. Kalim and James did the install. Two great guys. They were on time, very polite, took the time to explain things to me and answered all of my questions. The install was done very professionally, nice and neat, no mess left behind. From beginning to end we found everyone to be friendly, helpful and professional. We also found the price to be very competitive and fair. Time will tell how happy we will be with the actual product but from a service, install and pricing perspective, everything was great. I would highly recommend this company.
